Neighborhood Spotlight - Sage Bluffs/Sage Valley
Both Cam and I grew up in Sage Bluffs/Sage Valley subdivision, holding a special place in our hearts. What Cam loved about growing up in Sage Valley/Sage Bluffs were the walking paths, park (Sage Valley/Sage Bluffs Park), and the convenience of being so close to school. My favorite thing was the huge park to play basketball, football, and baseball in the summer, along with an ice-skating rink in the winter. How fun! With a skate park, Campbell County Public Library, Paintbrush Elementary School, and Sage Valley Junior High School all in close proximity, residents enjoy both outdoor activities and learning. What’s not to love about that? The strong sense of community ties everything together, making it a great place to call home for families and individuals alike.
